In order to strengthen Hötorgshallen, we must give food-interested young adults a reason to visit the hall and the opportunity to discover the entire offer!

Solution
Hötorgshallen, a historic market in Stockholm since 1884, has long been a hub of multicultural flavors and vibrant atmosphere. To attract a younger audience while preserving its authentic identity we introduce:

30Rätters (30 courses) – a unique monthly food event where guests sample 30 small dishes from around the world, all under one roof. With a stamp card, visitors can explore the market and taste the best of global cuisine, from Italy to Vietnam.

It's not just food – it's a celebration of culture and art with live music performances setting the tone for an unforgettable evening. 30Rätters is the midweek event that puts Hötorgshallen back on the radar for young adults, blending tradition with new, exciting experiences.
